The $25 Deposit:

A non-refundable $25 deposit is required to secure every booking. This deposit is not an extra fee—it is a credit that will be deducted from your final total once the service is completed.

 

Cancellation & Rescheduling:

We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.

  • With 24+ hours' notice: Your $25 deposit can be transferred to a new date.

  • With less than 24 hours' notice (or No-Show): The $25 deposit is forfeited to cover our loss of time and travel costs.

Weather Policy:

Detailing is weather-dependent. If rain, snow, or extreme temperatures prevent us from completing the job safely and professionally, we will contact you to reschedule. In this specific case, your deposit will remain fully transferable.

Satisfaction Guarantee:

Due to the nature of automotive detailing, we do not offer refunds. However, we walk through the finished vehicle with you to ensure you are 100% satisfied. If you find an issue, we will fix it on the spot before we leave.
