Terms & Conditions
Service Requirements:
To perform our mobile services, we require a safe working area (such as a driveway or parking lot) and sufficient space around the vehicle. By booking, the client confirms they have the legal right to authorize work on the vehicle.
Access & Punctuality:
The client must provide vehicle access (keys or unlocked doors) at the scheduled start time. We allow a 15-minute grace period; if the vehicle is not accessible after 15 minutes, the appointment may be cancelled and the deposit forfeited.
Personal Property:
Please remove all car seats and personal belongings (money, electronics, gym bags, etc.) prior to our arrival. UltraSudz is not responsible for any items left in the vehicle or damage to car seats reinstalled by the owner.
Vehicle Condition: Rates are based on "standard" vehicle conditions. Vehicles with excessive pet hair, mold, biohazards (bodily fluids), or extreme heavy soiling may be subject to an additional "Deep Clean" fee, which will be discussed before work begins.
Pre-Existing Damage:
We perform a pre-service inspection. UltraSudz is not liable for pre-existing damage, including but not limited to: failing clear coats, oxidized paint, loose trim, or cracked leather that may be further impacted by standard cleaning.
